Introduction:

"I don't know how to cook tofu all the time. I've done it once in a circle of delicious food. It's a success!"

Production steps:

Step 1: onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, meat, cut into small pieces.

Step 2: cut tofu into pieces and fry until golden on both sides!

Step 3: add proper amount of oil, put the diced dices into it, then add the bean paste, and heat it over high heat until the bean paste becomes red soup.

Step 4: add the right amount of water fried tofu, simmer for 3 minutes, everyone collect juice, plate!

Materials required:

Tofu: right amount

Pork: moderate

Ginger, onion and garlic: right amount

Bean paste: right amount

Pepper: right amount

Dry red pepper: right amount

Note: (1) because Douban sauce is a little salty, there is no salt in the process! (2) Fried tofu in the fire can be! (3) The meat I use is fried. I suggest not to use fried meat (I'm lazy and use the leftover from lunch), or not. I've tried it and it's delicious!
