Production steps:

Step 1: 300g tofu

Step 2: seasoning (as shown in the picture), raw soy sauce is not photographed

Step 3: cut tofu into small pieces, drain and put it on a plate

Step 4: cut green pepper, red pepper and garlic

Step 5: Sprinkle minced green pepper and garlic on tofu

Step 6: after boiling the water in the pot, steam the tofu in the pot for 10 minutes

Step 7: pour in a large spoon of Li Jinji soy sauce, sprinkle with scallions, and then pour in hot oil (remember it's hot oil, oil temperature should be higher)

Materials required:

Tofu: 300g

Green pepper: 1

Red pepper: 1

Soy sauce: moderate

Scallion: right amount

Vegetable oil: right amount

Minced garlic: right amount

Note: I didn't add additional salt, because it's enough to pour in the soy sauce. If the taste is heavier, you can sprinkle a little salt on the tofu and steam it in the pot
