Production steps:
Step 1: raw materials: low gluten flour 100g, vegetable oil 40g, brown sugar 30g, hot water 50g, salt 1.25ml, chocolate bean 30g
Step 2: mix brown sugar with hot water, stir until brown sugar dissolves into sugar water, cool and set aside.
Step 3: pour vegetable oil into a large bowl, then pour in brown sugar, water and salt, and mix well.
Step 4: sift the low gluten flour into a large bowl.
Step 5: sift into a large bowl.
Step 6: mix the flour and vegetable oil mixture evenly with a rubber scraper to make a moist batter.
Step 7: dig up the batter with a small spoon and spread it on the baking tray. Gently flatten the batter with the back of a spoon. Then put the chocolate beans on the batter.
Step 8: put the baking tray in the middle of the preheated oven, heat up and down, bake at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes.
Step 9: bake and serve.
