Step 4: take about 4 small bowls of sticky rice flour (depending on the amount you want to make) and a spoonful of wheat starch. If you don't have it, don't use it. Use cold water to make paste. In order to prevent too much water from forming, you can use a small amount of water to dissolve the powder. If you feel too dry, you can add more.
Step 5: heat the frying pan, because there is starch, it is best to use non stick pan. Heat and oil. Add shredded radish with water. Stir fry until soft. After water comes out, season with salted chicken essence. Be careful not to make it too salty.
Step 6: pour the rice flour mixture into the frying pan and continue to stir well. If it feels too thick, add some water and continue to stir well.
Step 7: after frying, turn off the heat and oil the bottom and wall of the baking pan.
Step 8: pour the fried powder into the baking pan, smooth the surface, steam in the steamer for 30-50 minutes, the specific time is to see if the cake has formed.
Step 9: after steaming, let it cool for a while, then take it out and cut it into small cubes. In fact, if it's Square, it's better to cut. But unfortunately, I only have this baking tray that can be put into the steamer in my family. The other square ones are too high.
Step 10: heat the pan with oil, put the sliced turnip cake on the flat, fry until golden on each side, finish!! The radish cake can be refrigerated in the refrigerator and fried as you like~~
