Lemon biscuit
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: peel off the white part of the lemon peel

Materials required:
Low gluten flour: 100g
Butter: 65g
Powdered sugar: 50g
Lemon juice: 15 ml
Lemon peel: 5ml
Salt: 1 / 4 teaspoon (1.25 ml)
Note: if you don't like too sour, you can put less lemon juice or lemon dander. If you don't like too sweet, you can also put less sugar. My biscuits are sour and sweet after they are made. The praise given by my family is not as much as Brownie's
