Fried diced chicken in soy sauce
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: the chicken is frozen. My parents bought a box of it. After thawing, they cut it into small pieces. They should use cooking wine and starch to submerge it. It tastes better. I don't have any at home.
Step 2: cut a cucumber into small cubes, onion, ginger and garlic.
Step 3: add a small amount of water to soy sauce
Step 4: heat the pan, pour a little oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.
Step 5: saute and stir fry chicken for two minutes.
Step 6: after the diced chicken changes color, pour in the sauce (only soya bean sauce is a little light, so add some soy sauce) and stir constantly to make the sauce evenly wrapped diced chicken.
