Cranberry sweet apricot bread
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: take the eggs out of the refrigerator in advance.
Step 2: put milk, sugar and yeast powder into the bread machine first, stir well, then pour in the eggs, then put in all the high flour, finally put in the salt, and start a procedure to make the dough stir well.
Step 3: after the dough surface is slightly smooth, add butter and continue kneading function. According to the setting of your own bread maker, until the dough is completely smooth, ferment in the bread maker for 30 minutes.
Step 4: take out the dough, simply knead out the bubbles, divide it into two equal portions, knead again, and ferment for 10 minutes.
Step 5: cut the sweet apricot into pieces. I salted it in white granulated sugar for a while
Step 6: dry the dough into rectangles and shape according to the following pictures.
Step 7: add the stuffing (sweet apricot slices) and place them as you like.
Step 8: add dried cranberries to the apricot slices. I added some blueberry sauce and sprinkled with sugar
Step 9: interlace the "noodles" on both sides.
Step 10: pay attention to the ending of both ends, because the dough will expand rapidly after heating, and it is easy to open if the ending is not compacted.
Step 11: finally decorate the fruit on the surface. In order to look good, I added some blueberry jam in the crevice.
Step 12: I brush the egg yolk and sprinkle a layer of sugar.
Step 13: preheat the oven to 160 degrees and heat up and down for 30-40 minutes. After the color is golden, the surface can be covered with tinfoil to continue baking.
Materials required:
High gluten flour: 500g (originally medium flour)
Milk: 240ml
Egg: 1
Butter: 40g
Dry yeast powder: 5g
Fresh apricots: moderate
Blueberry sauce: right amount
Dried Cranberry: moderate
Salt: 2G
Sugar: 50g (90g used in the original formula)
Note: you can freeze the bread you can't finish at one time, and then bake it when you eat it. For nectarines and blueberries, I thought I'd try canned yellow peaches or apples next time. The sweet apricot has a lot of water. It has a lot of sugar juice. The apple should be better.
