Production steps:
Step 1: soak the ribs in cold water for 30 minutes, remove the blood, put cold water in the pot, put the cleaned ribs in the pot, and pour a little cooking wine to remove the fishiness

Step 5: remove the froth after boiling, add appropriate amount of salt and continue to simmer for 15 minutes
Step 6: put the pickled medlar into the pot, continue to simmer for 5 minutes, and then turn off the heat
