Pickled vegetables with green pepper and carrot

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: after cleaning the green pepper, remove the tendons and seeds.

Step 2: cut the green pepper into 5cm long filaments.

Step 3: cut carrots and pickles into thin strips.

Step 4: put shredded carrots, pickled vegetables and green peppers into a clean container, and pour in an appropriate amount of cold vinegar.

Step 5: pour pepper oil as you like.

Step 6: finally pour in half tbsp of red oil and mix well.

Green pepper: right amount

Carrot and pickle: right amount

Cold vinegar: right amount

Homemade red oil: right amount

Homemade zanthoxylum oil: right amount

Note: 1, carrot pickle shred can be soaked in water, remove part of the salt.
