Production steps:
Step 1: soak the bamboo in advance (I'm still anxious, some of them haven't been fully soaked), tear it into thin strips
Step 2: shred Chinese cabbage and slice carrot
Step 3: fans soak, fans need not much time, can soon become soft.
Step 4: stir fry garlic and ginger in oil pan
Step 5: stir fry bamboo for a few times, add carrot and shredded cabbage, continue to stir fry, add a little salt (Zhuhou sauce is also salty)
Step 6: stir fry until the cabbage is soft, add vermicelli and proper amount of Zhu Hou sauce, mix well.
Step 7: how it looks on the plate.

Note: if you don't have time, you can use warm water bubble to soften bamboo quickly. I don't know how to forget this, ha ha!
