Step 1: pork, eggs, dried mushrooms

Step 3: laver. (there can be laver for sushi. Because we can't find it, we use the above laver instead.)

Step 4: dice the shrimp and crush it with the back of the knife.

Step 5: Chop pork into minced meat, soak mushrooms with water, wash and cut into small pieces. Then put the minced meat, diced mushrooms and fresh kernels into the container, add the above seasoning and mix well.

Step 6: put the eggs into the bowl, add a little salt to beat them into egg liquid, add oil to the pan and heat them. Then pour it into a pan and fry it into a skin.

Step 7: fry the egg skin and put it on the chopping board. When it's cool, spread the meat stuffing and press it down. Then spread the laver, as shown in the picture. Note: can't spread the whole egg skin, when the roll, the meat will squeeze out.

Step 8: roll it up.

Step 9: steam in the pan for 15-20 minutes, because it's meat stuffing, so steam for a longer time.

Step 10: after steaming, take out the pot and change the knife to the plate!
