Step 2: wash straw mushroom and Chaotian pepper in bags.
Step 3: prepare dongyingong sauce and lemon leaves.
Step 4: turn on the coconut milk.
Step 5: put a small amount of vegetable oil into the pot and stir fry the shrimp head in the middle of the heat.
Step 6: stir the head of shrimp with red oil, then add the body of shrimp and straw mushroom to stir fry.
Step 7: when the head and body of the shrimp turn red, add appropriate amount of water. When it is half boiled, add dongyingong sauce, coconut milk, lemon slice, Chaotian pepper and lemon leaf.
Step 8: continue to boil over medium heat, add appropriate amount of salt to taste. Finally, add fish sauce and cook well.

Note: 1. In addition to dongyingong sauce, you can also add a small amount of green curry sauce according to your personal taste, which will make the taste more fragrant. 2. If you have fresh citronella and lemon leaves, you can only use dongyingong sauce and lemon if you don't have them. We can't buy citronella at home, so we only put lemon leaves. 3. Not limited to Volvariella volvacea, but also okra, or other vegetables according to personal preference. 4. Don't put too much fish sauce, 3-5 drops (1 teaspoon) is enough. 5. More than 3 slices of lemon or more than 1 root of Capsicum will make the soup too sour or spicy.
