Production steps:
Step 1: after the butter is softened, add the powdered sugar.

Step 7: make a rectangular strip, wrap it in oil paper, and freeze it in refrigerator until hard.
Step 8: take out the frozen dough. Cut into thin slices about 0.5cm thick.
Step 9: put the cut biscuits into the baking tray and leave a certain gap between each biscuit.
Step 10: put the baking tray into the oven preheated at 190 ℃ and bake for about 12 minutes. Take it out and seal it after cooling.
