Matcha Qifeng
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: material drawing.
Step 2: separation of egg yolk protein.
Step 3: pour milk corn oil and 25 grams of sugar into the egg yolk, stir with egg until emulsified.
Step 4: add Matcha powder into low powder,
Step 5: sift into egg yolk and mix well.
Step 6: squeeze a few drops of lemon juice into the protein.
Step 7: add sugar three times and beat with electric beater.
Step 8: until the protein is hard foaming, pull up the egg beater, and the egg bubbles will have obvious small triangle.
Step 9: preheat the oven at 170 degrees, take one third of the beaten protein and put it into the yolk paste.
Step 10: mix evenly by cutting and mixing.
Step 11: pour into the protein.
Step 12: mix quickly and evenly.
Step 13: pour the mixed egg paste into Qi Fengmo and use the words drawn with toothpick to remove the big bubbles, or gently shake to remove the big bubbles.
Step 14: put into the oven, 170 degrees for 60 minutes.
Step 15: turn the button down when it comes out of the oven.
Step 16: remove the film after cooling.
Materials required:
Low powder: 100g
Eggs: 5
Corn oil: 45g
Milk: 50g
Sugar: 2550g
Matcha powder: about 10g
Lemon juice: right amount
Note: the separation of egg yolk should be sufficient. The protein bowl is oil-free and water-free. When egg yolk paste and protein paste are mixed, the method of cutting and mixing must be used. Do not draw circles to avoid defoaming. The oven needs to be preheated in advance. The hollow membrane is heated evenly and is easy to succeed. For Qifeng or cake, corn oil is recommended. There is no peculiar smell. Lemon juice can deodorize, and has a good effect on maintaining the stability of protein bubbles. No white vinegar or yogurt can be used instead of milk.
