Sauteed Crab ginger

Sauteed Crab ginger

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: a Vancouver crab.

Step 2: first clean the surface of the whole crab, and then pull out the shell.

Step 3: use scissors to cut off the soft, white strips on the body of the crab. This is the gill of the crab and can't be eaten.

Step 4: dispose of clean crabs.

Step 5: chop the good crab. The shell of the crab claw is broken with a hammer.

Step 6: prepare ginger and chives.

Step 7: heat the oil in a smokeless pan, then saute the ginger and scallion until fragrant.

Step 8: put in the crab pieces and stir fry them quickly.

Step 9: sprinkle some cooking wine, add some salt and cover the pot for five minutes.

Step 10: stir fry shallots before leaving the pot.

Step 11: fried crab, tender meat, fresh taste.

Step 12: put the crab shell on the table and then cover the crab pieces. A complete and delicious fried crab with ginger and scallion is finished.

Note: warm tips: I do this "ginger and onion fried crab" and the restaurant is a little different. In the restaurant's "fried crab with ginger and onion", the crab pieces are wrapped with cornmeal and fried before frying. I think it's greasy, so I didn't cook in this way. But will cut pieces of crab directly into the frying pan fried, this approach is characterized by: relatively fresh, original.
