Production steps:

Step 12: like braiding, braid three noodles into a braid.
Step 13: at the end, pinch the three noodles together again, end to end.
Step 14: put it in a baking tray covered with oil paper.
Step 15: cover with plastic film and ferment twice.
Step 16: evenly brush a layer of egg liquid on the bread germ.
Step 17: preheat the oven. 180 degree middle layer for 18 minutes
