Ham and scallion rolls

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare the flour.

Step 2: dice the sausage.

Step 3: sesame, oil and salt.

Step 4: cut scallion flowers.

Step 5: put the baking powder into the flour, add a little sugar, and ferment it with proper amount of warm water and smooth dough to twice the size.

Step 6: knead the fermented dough well, roll it into thin slices, brush with oil, and evenly spread sesame, ham and scallion on it.

Step 7: roll it up from one end and cut it into a roll according to the size you like.

Step 8: steam again for 10 minutes. Bring to a boil over high heat and steam over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Materials required:

Flour: 300g

Ham sausage: 2 pieces

Baking powder: appropriate amount

Sesame: right amount

Sugar: right amount

Oil: right amount

Scallion: right amount

Note: in the sixth step, after laying the sesame ham and onion, it's better to use the rolling pin to gently drop and roll back and forth, so that the ham is not easy to fall off during the process of cutting and steaming.
