Low gluten flour: 60g

Baking powder: 4G
Note: 1. The batter can be put in a small bowl or other containers, and the steaming time can be adjusted according to the size of the container. 2. You can't use thin cake cup, it can't bear the weight of batter. Either use a thick cake cup, or, like me, steam it with thin oil paper and a silicone mold. 3. You can also change brown sugar into 40g white sugar to make white sugar cake.
