Production steps:
Step 1: put about 2 / 3 cup mung beans in the rice cooker
Step 2: add the water to 5 cups, but after boiling, put the chopsticks in the position as shown in the picture
Step 3: cover as shown in the figure above and leave an opening, otherwise it will overflow easily
Step 4: when the mung beans are boiling and blooming, put the chopsticks in the position as shown in the figure to make the opening of the rice cooker larger to prevent overflow
Step 5: after the mung beans bloom, cook for another 20 minutes. When the mung beans are out of sand (as shown in the picture), you can put rock sugar
Step 6: when the rock sugar melts, it's OK

Mung bean: 100g
Sugar: 100g
Note: 1. Can not use rock sugar, with other sugar instead, but rock sugar do sugar water is more clear and moist. 2. If the body can't accept cold food, do it carefully. It's best for women to add 2 pieces of ginger. Because I don't like the taste of ginger, I didn't add it. 3. Make mung bean, sugar water and porridge with electric rice cooker. It's easy to overflow. Please refer to my method of putting chopsticks.
