Production steps:
Step 1: whisk the egg white, add 40g sugar into the egg white three times. Whisk the egg white until it can be pulled out of the slightly curved sharp corner (close to dry foaming) by lifting the beater. Keep the egg white in the refrigerator.
Step 2: soften the cream cheese and 25 grams of sugar. Beat with an egg beater.
Step 3: whisk the cream cheese to a smooth state
Step 4: add egg yolk and beat well
Step 5: add melted liquid butter and stir well
Step 6: add the milk, stir evenly, the materials should be the same, fully stir evenly, and then add the same.
Step 7: stir evenly
Step 8: add corn starch and beat well to make cheese paste
Step 9: divide the cream and cheese paste into three parts and mix them from the bottom up with a rubber scraper to make the cream and cheese paste mix evenly. Stir quickly, not in circles
Step 10: place the bottom of the sponge cake in a 6-inch round mold, and wrap the outside of the mold with tin foil

Step 12: put the mold into the baking tray, and pour boiling water with enough height into the baking tray
Step 13: put the baking tray into the lower layer of the oven, and bake at 150 ℃ for about 50 minutes
Step 14: time is up, I don't see the color on the cake, but the temperature is up to 180 degrees and baked for 5 minutes, which leads to the cracking of the cake~~
Step 15: after the cake is cooled, put it in the refrigerator for 1 night, then demould and cut it into pieces~
