Matcha red bean toast (bread machine version)
Introduction:
"I haven't made any honey beans since baking, because I don't want to buy bags of wet and sticky honey beans. But red beans can make many delicious desserts, such as red bean milk ice, red bean cake and so on. Today, I finally made my own honey beans. Because I'm lazy, I'll use the noodle maker to match Matcha and make toast."
Production steps:
Step 1: pour the milk into the toaster, then pour in the ingredients other than yeast and butter. Start the dough mixing process for 15 minutes, the ingredients in the bread barrel are kneaded into a dough, close the process and stand still for 20 minutes.
Step 2: put the honey beans into the fruit box, put in the yeast, start the "sweet bread" program, select the medium burn color, 900g, fruit, start. The toaster continues to mix the flour. Ten minutes later, add the butter. About 5 minutes before the end of kneading, you will hear two loud sounds, the sound of fruit box scattering fruit. (Note: because honey beans are soft fruits, they are easy to be broken during mixing, so they will be spread again before the second round.)
Step 3: after kneading, it will enter the pre fermentation state, about half an hour. After that, the stirring knife will be turned again to exhaust for 5 minutes. After that, press the pause button to take out the dough, roll out a layer of honey beans and put it into the bread barrel.
Step 4: put two ice bags under the toaster. Pay attention not to touch the heating pipe. Put the bread barrel on it and press "continue". The bread maker will enter the final fermentation stage. After that, it will not need to worry. When the bread is finished, it will send out a long sound warning.
Step 5: the bread is almost ready. It seems to be developing well.
Step 6: when the bread comes out of the oven
