Tiger skin tofu

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: cut tofu into cubes, chop onion and garlic, and put them on the plate

Step 2: pour two tbsp soy sauce, one tbsp soft sugar and three tbsp boiled water into a bowl, and set aside

Step 3: add proper amount of oil to the pan, heat it, add tofu, fry it slowly over low heat, and sprinkle proper amount of salt during the process

Step 4: fry until golden on the surface and let go

Step 5: add proper amount of oil into the frying pan, pour in the prepared onion and garlic, and saute until fragrant

Step 6: pour in the prepared soup and bring to a boil

Step 7: pour in the fried tofu and stir fry gently

Step 8: add proper amount of white pepper and heat over medium heat until the soup is less, about 3 to 5 minutes

Step 9: load and finish

Tofu: 1 piece

Soy sauce: 2 tbsp

Soft sugar: 1 tbsp

Salt: right amount

White pepper: 1 tsp

Chicken essence: appropriate amount

Note: in the process of frying, be careful to use chopsticks and shovels to gently turn, so as not to break the tofu and affect the appearance
