Cowpea with peanut butter
Introduction:
"It's a hot day. It's definitely necessary to mix vegetables. It's good to eat spicy food and have a little refreshing occasionally. This dish is very suitable to be described as refreshing. Cowpea is fragrant and crisp. With refreshing seasoning, everything is light. I like it very much."
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients, break the cowpeas into three inch sections, wash and drain
Step 2: hot water in the pot, put the washed cowpeas into the boiling water, add a little oil and a little salt, but not too much, I like the crispy taste
Step 3: cut garlic into small pieces, melt peanut butter with peanut oil, and add some oil to lubricate it (it's OK to use boiled peanut butter, but I don't think the taste of boiled peanut butter is so strong).
Step 4: Chop shallots
Step 5: take out the cooked cowpeas and add the chopped garlic.
Step 6: add salt, vinegar, chicken essence, 2 tbsp dry peanut butter and shallot
Step 7: put the beans on the plate, and then sprinkle with the sesame sauce.
Materials required:
Cowpea: right amount
Rice vinegar: right amount
Shallot: moderate
Chicken powder: right amount
Peanut butter: right amount
Salt: right amount
Garlic: right amount
Peanut oil: right amount
Note: 1, because I prefer peanut butter, so put more. I put it in when I mixed it, and I sprinkled it with a layer. In fact, half of it is enough. When you eat at home, you don't need to put the dishes in order. The more chaotic, the better. It's OK to use sesame paste without peanut butter. 2
