Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: Ingredients: a piece of eggplant, cowpea, pork and garlic

Step 2: fold the cowpea into long segments, blanch it in boiling water, and drain it in cool water

Step 3: wash the eggplant, cut into strips and soak in salt water. Shred pork and mince garlic

Step 4: heat up, add cowpea, stir fry until water is dry, and set aside

Step 5: heat the pan, add oil, saute minced garlic, add pork and fry until discolored

Step 6: pour in cowpea and stir fry quickly

Step 7: stir fry until cowpea is soft, pour in Eggplant and stir fry

Cowpea: 150g

Pork: 100g

Oil: right amount

Salt: right amount

Minced garlic: right amount

Note: eggplant soaked in salt water, can prevent the cultivation of black, absorption of water eggplant is not easy to absorb oil. Blanch cowpeas for a better taste. Stir fry in a dry pan until the water is dry, making the beans more crisp
