Sesame toast
Introduction:
"I usually use the toaster to mix flour and ferment, but I don't use other functions. I think it's the first time to use the toaster to make bread. Combined with the experience of baking bread in the oven, I twist the dough, which can be regarded as a poss. The baked bread is organized and disciplined, and the result is really good."
Production steps:
Step 1: put the medium ingredients in the toaster, 120g high flour, 20g sugar, 4G yeast and 100g milk.
Step 2: the fermentation is 2.5 times larger and looks a bit like a honeycomb.
Step 3: turn the toaster to let the medium material exhaust gas, stop and then add the main material (except butter).
Step 4: mix the dough evenly and add butter.
Step 5: mix until the material is coated.
Step 6: fermentation 2.5 times
Step 7: start the toaster, let the dough exhaust gas, and let it stand for 30 minutes.
Step 8: roll the dough into Dafang pieces and sprinkle black sesame seeds.
Step 9: cut the dough into two large pieces, and then cut the dough into three strips.
Step 10: overlap the three small pieces.
Step 11: twist the three pieces into a ball.
Step 12: put both ends of the dough together.
Step 13: put the dough in the inner barrel of the bread maker with the mouth closed.
Step 14: ferment the dough until 7% of the inner barrel of the bread maker is full, and coat with egg liquid.
Step 15: adjust the toaster to the baking procedure, preheat for about 10 minutes, put the inner barrel in the toaster, bake for about 40 minutes, then turn off.
Step 16: cool and serve.

Black Sesame: right amount
Surface egg liquid: appropriate amount
Note: the baking procedure of our toaster is 1 hour, but it only takes 40 minutes in fact; warm up for 10 minutes, bake for 40 minutes, close 10 minutes in advance to avoid excessive coloring.
