Production steps:
Step 1: remove the scales and wash the carp, cut a few knives, add salt, rub well by hand and marinate for a while.
Step 2: heat the pan and pour the oil into the pan. Fry the salted fish in the pan.
The third step: fry until two sides golden yellow, cook old vinegar, Baijiu to fishy.
Step 4: pour in the sauce, sugar, a little salt and simmer for 20 minutes.
