Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the raw materials: a box of Zuming stinky tofu. Generally, two people have almost eaten it.
Step 2: Seasoning: mainly soy sauce, chicken essence, sesame oil, chili sauce.
Step 3: clean the stinky tofu and put it on the plate: usually I take it up one by one, wash both sides under the faucet, and then put it on the plate.
Step 4: cut small pieces: actually, it depends on whether you like it or not. I think it's easy to cut into small pieces, and it's convenient to clip them.
Step 5: add seasonings in turn: 2 less soy sauce, drench in stinky tofu, 1 teaspoon chicken essence, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon chili sauce (if there is no ready-made, you can also use dried chili instead). Step 6: start steaming: you can put it in the electric cooker when cooking, or in the steamer on the gas stove.
