Caterpillars with bean paste

Caterpillars with bean paste

Introduction:

"Caterpillar bread has a lovely appearance, which is loved by all the babies at home. It used to be bought from outside. Now it has an electric oven, so I plan to make it by myself. The first time I do everything, I'm groping for it. The appearance is very lovely. The taste is good. The big baby ate two at a time, so of course it's popular."

Production steps:

Step 1: with the exception of butter and bean paste, knead all the ingredients together to form a smooth dough. Add butter and continue kneading until you can pull the hand to cover the film. Cover with a damp cloth and ferment to twice the size in a warm place. Take out and knead round, divide into 10 equal parts, cover with plastic film and relax for 10 minutes.

Step 2: roll it into an oval shape and spread a little bean paste on it.

Step 3: roll it up from one side, pinch it tightly and put it into the baking pan.

Step 4: send it to the oven to develop the fermenting file for final fermentation, and send it to twice the size.

Step 5: brush a layer of egg liquid, squeeze on the custard sauce, send it to the middle layer of the oven, heat up and down 170 ℃ for 20 minutes.
