Caterpillars with bean paste
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: with the exception of butter and bean paste, knead all the ingredients together to form a smooth dough. Add butter and continue kneading until you can pull the hand to cover the film. Cover with a damp cloth and ferment to twice the size in a warm place. Take out and knead round, divide into 10 equal parts, cover with plastic film and relax for 10 minutes.

Step 5: brush a layer of egg liquid, squeeze on the custard sauce, send it to the middle layer of the oven, heat up and down 170 ℃ for 20 minutes.

White granulated sugar: 30g
