Peanuts with tiger skin
Introduction:
"I often eat peanuts to replenish blood. Mommy's white blood cells are low and she doesn't like to eat them raw, so tiger skin peanuts are born."
Production steps:
Step 1: deep fry the peanut kernels: pour the oil into the cold pan, deep fry the peanut kernels until they ring, take them out immediately, and let them cool for later use;
Step 2: Boil thin sugar: white granulated sugar: water about 1:1, boil over low heat, stir quickly;
Step 3: wrap the "tiger skin": add the cooled peanut kernels into the thin sugar and stir fry them.
