Golden bean paste roll
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: after the butter softens, pour in the powdered sugar and mix well, then pour in the high gluten flour. Knead the butter and flour by hand, and the kneaded flour presents the state of coarse corn flour.
Step 2: pour in the broken eggs and knead them into dough. Keep the dough in the refrigerator for about half an hour. Until the dough is hard.
Step 3: according to the size of the chopping board, divide the dough into 2 ~ 3 parts. Take 1 portion of dough and rub into long strips on the chopping board. Roll out the strip, cut off the irregular part with a knife and make it into a regular rectangle. Squeeze a long strip of bean paste in the middle of the rectangular dough. Wrap the bean paste stuffing with dough pieces to form a long cylindrical strip.
Step 4: brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the strip, and then sprinkle some white sesame seeds. Use a knife to cut the strip into equal lengths.
Step 5: bake at 180 degrees for 20 ~ 25 minutes until the surface is golden.

Note: the dough of this bean paste roll may be very sticky at the beginning. Don't rush to operate it. Refrigerate it in the refrigerator until it's hard. When rolling the dough, in order to prevent the dough from sticking to the cutting board, you can sprinkle some dry flour to prevent sticking. Bean paste stuffing can also be replaced by jujube paste stuffing or lotus paste stuffing, according to their own needs to make a variety of different flavors of rolls.
