Coffee and nut rolls

Coffee and nut rolls

Introduction:

"The advantage of making bread by ourselves is that we can put whatever we want to eat, and we can make whatever is healthy. Ha ha, there are no messy additions. It's so happy and delicious. I'm so happy to see my family eating happily."

Production steps:

Step 1: knead the dough with oil method to a complete state, that is, pull out a large fascia, and then put it in a warm place to ferment to 3 times the size.

Step 2: nuts, chopped on the deli board, I use almonds and cashews.

Step 3: mix the coffee and knead into the fermented dough.

Step 4: divide into three equal parts, cover with plastic film and relax for 15 minutes.

Step 5: roll it into an ellipse with a rolling pin.

Step 6: fold in half and turn over

Step 7: continue rolling into a rectangle, a little longer.

Step 8: then roll up, do three in turn, and finally ferment for about an hour, brush the egg liquid, bake, heat up and down, 180 degrees, 16 minutes

Step 9: the color is attractive.

Step 10: the internal structure is also quite good, very soft, with the aroma of coffee and nuts!
