Fried glutinous rice with preserved meat

Fried glutinous rice with preserved meat

Introduction:

"Glutinous rice has always been my favorite fried rice. To put it bluntly, it should be related to glutinous rice. Glutinous rice is rich in nutrition, invigorating qi and relieving sweating. It is a kind of warm and strong food. Raw fried preserved glutinous rice is also the most common way to eat. Fragrant Cantonese sausages, watery mushrooms and shrimps are added to stir fry the right amount of raw soy sauce, pepper and sesame oil to make it fresh and mellow How can we have less glutinous rice

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the dried mushrooms and soak them soft, wash the glutinous rice and soak them in water for about 2 hours. Remove the stems of the soaked mushrooms and cut them into shreds

Step 2: slice or dice the sausage, prepare the peanuts and soak the shrimps in water until soft

Step 3: after steaming the steamer, put in the soaked glutinous rice, steam for about 20 minutes and take it out (be careful to scald, use anti scalding tools)

Step 4: spoon proper amount of peanut oil into the frying pan, stir fry the peanuts in low heat until they turn brown red (be sure to stir fry them in low heat to prevent the peanuts from scorching), and then put them out for standby

Step 5: leave a little oil in the frying pan, pour in the shredded mushrooms, stir fry until fragrant, and serve

Step 6: add the sausage slices into the frying pan and stir fry until transparent and glossy

Step 7: pour in the shredded mushrooms again, add the soaked shrimps and stir well

Step 8: pour the steamed glutinous rice into the ingredients, stir fry quickly, and add soy sauce, salt and pepper

Step 9: if the glutinous rice is caking, add appropriate amount of water soaked in dried shrimps and mushrooms (don't add too much water at a time, avoid adding too much water, glutinous rice is too soft and rotten)

Step 10: add chopped chives, add appropriate amount of sesame oil, stir fry again quickly and serve

Note: because sticky glutinous rice is not easy to digest, it is suitable for eating a small amount of it often, but not for eating too much at one time. This time, it's just like eating less for two people, one for one person. The amount on the picture is just not too much. Of course, if it's a boy or a big appetite drop, it's just like eating for one person
