Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: soften 80g butter at room temperature and add 65g sugar powder

Step 2: mix the butter and powdered sugar evenly and beat to the color as shown in the picture

Step 3: add 25g whole egg liquid to the mixture

Step 4: stir well and beat slightly

Step 5: sieve 160g low gluten powder into the phase mixture

Step 6: knead into a smooth base dough.

Step 7: divide the base dough into 115g, 65g and 150g portions. Add 10g corn starch into 115g dough and knead well

Step 8: add 5g Matcha powder into 150g dough and knead well.

Step 9: add 5g cocoa powder into 65g dough and knead well.

Step 10: divide cocoa dough into 10g and 15g * 4 portions, Matcha dough into 20g and 135g, and original dough into 16g, 40g and 69g

Step 11: knead the separated dough into 20cm long strips.

Step 12: take 40g original dough and flatten it.

Step 13: put 10g of cocoa dough in the middle of the original dough to make a nose.

Step 14: flatten 16g of plain dough over your nose.

Step 15: put 2 pieces of 15g cocoa dough on both sides of the nose to make eyes.

Step 16: press 69g plain dough flat and cover it, and the panda face is ready.

Step 17: place 20g Matcha dough flat in the middle of the top and 15g cocoa dough on both sides to make ears.

Step 18: roll 135g Matcha dough into a rectangle. It's on the outside.

Step 19: wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 20: cut the frozen dough into 5 mm thick slices and put it into the baking tray with better oil paper. Preheat the oven at 160 ℃ for 15 minutes.
