Production steps:

Step 1: prepare materials.

Step 2: the cut appearance of Xueba tofu.

Step 3: add water to the pot, cut the bean curd into pieces and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 4: cut the garlic obliquely.

Step 5: cut pepper into segments.

Step 6: take out the cooked blood cake tofu and cool it in the air. Cut it into thin slices.

Step 7: put a little oil in the frying pan (the oil must be less, because the raw materials will produce oil) and fry the Xueba tofu over low heat to get the oil, then turn to high heat to stir fry.

Step 8: stir fry Xueba tofu until it changes color, pour in a spoonful of Douchi chili sauce, stir well and pour in pepper.

Step 9: stir the pepper and Xueba tofu evenly, and the Xueba tofu is basically cooked. Put the garlic into the pot before leaving the pot.

Douchi chili sauce: 2 teaspoons

Note: Blood Cake Tofu need to be boiled in water for a few minutes before frying. First, it is sanitary and clean. Second, it can soften and remove some oil.
