Braised red rice with shrimp and crispy sausage

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 11: stir fry the fried sausage until the juice is collected;

Step 12: loosen the cooked red rice, pour in the shrimp sausage and mix well~~

Hani terrace red rice: 100g

Fresh prawns: 8

Crispy sausage: 3

Small tomatoes: 2

Celery: 2

Onion: 1 / 5

Chicken soup: 1 bowl

Fragrant leaves: 2 pieces

Zhitian pepper: 1

Garlic: 1 slice

Dried thyme: a little

Butter: 20g

Lard: 1 tbsp

Black pepper: a little

Vinegar: half a teaspoon

Salt: right amount
