Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: boiling water, under the mutton roll

Step 2: remove the discolored meat immediately

Step 3: put it on a plate and let it dry

Step 4: shred green pepper and red pepper

Step 5: shred the onion and prepare all the ingredients

Step 6: heat the oil in a hot pan, add onion and stir fry over medium heat until the onion is soft and fragrant

Step 9: turn off the heat, add cumin powder, stir fry well and put on a plate

Salt: right amount

Raw soy sauce: 1 teaspoon

Sugar: 1 teaspoon

Cumin powder: right amount

Note: when the mutton is hot, remove it when it changes color, because it needs to be stir fried in the pot to avoid aging
