Braised Prawns
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare prawns, sugar, ginger, wash and peel.
Step 2: pick out the shrimp thread from the second joint of the shrimp back, and then cut off the shrimp feet with scissors.
Step 3: clean all the prawns.
Step 4: shred ginger.
Step 5: pour the oil into the pot and heat it. After the oil is hot, add shredded ginger.
Step 6: stir fry until fragrant.
Step 7: put the prawns in a hot oil pan.
Step 8: cook slowly over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
Step 9: fry until the shell turns red and crisp.
Step 10: turn over the prawn and continue to fry on the other side over low heat. Use the same time to make the shell of this side crisp.
Step 11: pour in cooking wine to remove fishiness.
Step 12: pour in some warm water and cover half the body of the prawn. Then change it and cover it.
Step 13: bring to a boil and add sugar.
