Production steps:

Rock sugar: 400g
Maltose: 250 g
Note: 1. When boiling sugar, you must dry the water, only sugar is left, otherwise it's not easy to dry; 2. When it's not completely cold, it's not easy to demould; 3. If you can't smell olive oil, don't wipe olive oil, replace it with other acceptable taste of cooked oil, a little helps demould.
