Fried sweet wine
Introduction:
"When there are too many sweet turnips to eat and they are hard to eat, people will cut them into pieces and fry them (people in the past didn't have much to eat, they would wash and cut the moldy turnips and fry them). The taste is still the same. Adults and children can't escape its temptation!"
Production steps:
Step 1: take a small piece of hard sweet wine, wash it, and then cut it into pieces (because I'm too eager to eat, I forget to take a picture of the cut, so I put it into the pot directly#^_ ^#)
Step 2: turn down the heat, put a little oil in the pan, shake the frying pan to let the oil cover the bottom of the pan, and then fry it in the pan (turn it over frequently to avoid scorching)
Step 3: fry until soft (I like to eat slightly burnt, so fry for a long time)
Step 4: then use the shovel to divide it into small pieces and put it on the plate (don't be fooled by its surface, which is not exquisite but delicious)
Materials required:
Hard sweet: 1 piece
Oil: right amount
Note: fry until the surface is slightly scorched, crispy outside and soft inside, which is more delicious; it is suggested to dip the egg liquid before frying, so it is not easy to stick together when frying, and it is more fragrant;
Production difficulty: unknown
Technology: decocting
Production time: half an hour
Taste: sweet
