Snow clam with watermelon and coconut juice
Introduction:
"The snow clam was bought when I went to the Northeast last year. I made snow clam stewed in Sydney for my father several times and then forgot it. Production steps:
Step 1: soak snow clam for 10 hours in advance and then pick up impurities.
Step 2: put proper amount of water in the boiler, add two pieces of ginger to boil, and then add the soaked snow clam to blanch for two minutes to remove the fishy smell.
Step 3: Boil another two bowls of water in the skillet, add the blanched snow clam and boil it over low heat for half an hour, then add coconut powder and cook it together.
Step 4: add appropriate amount of rock sugar and continue to cook for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and let cool.
Step 5: spoon some watermelon.
Step 6: cool the clam and put it into the water melon.
