Yoghurt fruit cake

Yoghurt fruit cake

Introduction:

"Originally, there was no other way to make kori cakes, but there were several more. It suddenly occurred to me that it was a good idea to match them with fruit yoghurt. After doing this, my daughter unexpectedly loved to eat, and my husband ate two in a row! When a breakfast or afternoon tea, is a good choice

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare materials. (I didn't take pictures of yogurt and fruit. Please follow your taste.)

Step 2: knock the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and beat well

Step 3: pour in half of the milk and beat well

Step 4: pour in the flour and beat until the flour has no particles. (it's better to sift the flour and beat it well at the same time, so that the flour won't granulate easily.)

Step 5: heat the butter to melt

Step 6: pour into the batter, beat well, then pour in the remaining half of the milk, beat well.

Step 7: put a small piece of butter in the pan, heat it until it melts, and shake the pan to make the butter evenly cover the pan. (if you don't like heavy fat, this step can also be omitted, because the batter will not stick to the pot because of the butter added)

Step 8: scoop a spoonful of batter into the pan and fry until the surface solidifies

Step 9: gently shovel the crust from the edge, turn it over and fry it for a while.

Step 10: spread out the crust and pour some yogurt

Step 11: dice the fruit and sprinkle some

Step 12: lay another layer of yogurt

Step 13: roll up both sides

Materials required:

Flour: 75g

Eggs: 2

Milk: 250ml

Butter: 15g

Yogurt: one cup

Strawberry: moderate

Kiwifruit: moderate

White granulated sugar: 20g

Precautions: 1: I usually turn off the fire after frying, pour in the next spoonful of egg paste in a few seconds, and then fire after shaping; otherwise, the bottom of the pot is too hot, and the egg liquid will solidify immediately, which is not conducive to spreading into a beautiful shape. 2: I like the thinner one, so it's very thin. If you like the thicker one, please increase or decrease the flour or milk as appropriate. 3: in this amount, I've spread a total of 10 cakes. Parents in need can increase or decrease food ingredients in the same proportion according to their own needs.
