Production steps:
Step 1: dissolve the flour in B material into B milk, and stir well. Turn over the heat and stir until the flour and milk are mushy. Turn off the heat and let cool. This is the kind of soup.
Step 2: add all the ingredients except oil into the bread barrel.
Step 3: choose "low speed dough" for 10 minutes, "fast dough" for 20 minutes, and "dough" for 90 minutes. Ferment to twice the size.
Step 4: let out the air, form a steamed bread and let it stand for 20 minutes
Step 5: roll the dough to the size of a baking tray and try to be thinner. Ferment in warm place for 1 hour, ferment to twice the size.
Step 6: on the fermented bread, pierce the air with a fork, brush with C egg liquid, and sprinkle with C celery leaves.
Step 7: bake at 170 ℃ until golden, about 18 minutes.

Note: the soup is used for Hokkaido toast. You can make half of the bread with meat floss and half of the toast.
