Fried chicken chop

Introduction:

"The chicken chops made by ourselves are not fried, but fried in oil. The skin is fragrant and crisp. The chicken inside is fresh and tender. Production steps:

Step 1: remove the fascia from the chicken breast, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it slightly, then cut it into three pieces from the middle with a knife.

Step 2: after thawing the chicken, use the back of the knife to repeatedly knock on the front and back of the chicken.

Step 3: put the chicken into a bowl, add 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp cooking wine, 1 tsp white pepper, and shredded onion, stir well by hand, marinate for more than 2 hours.

Step 4: mix the dry starch with water to form a strong starch, and wet the chicken on both sides.

Step 5: put it into the bread bran and cover it on both sides. 

Step 6: pour oil into the pan, heat it over high heat, change it to medium low heat, add chicken chops, and fry both sides golden.

Step 7: it's delicious with lettuce, tomato and salad dressing.

Materials required:

Chicken breast: 1 piece

Shredded onion: right amount

Water: 3 tbsp

Dry starch: 2 tbsp

Bread bran: 200g

Tomatoes: right amount

Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons

Salt: 1 teaspoon

White pepper: 1 tsp

Chubby salad dressing: right amount

Note: beat the chicken with the back of the knife to relax the chicken, so as to savor when marinating.
