Production steps:

Step 1: prepare materials.

Step 2: remove the leaves and leave the stem of celery, clean and cut into sections.

Step 3: cut dried bean curd into strips, shred green onion and slice garlic.

Step 4: blanch the celery.

Step 5: shred red and yellow pepper.

Step 6: add oil to the frying pan, add shredded green onion and saute garlic until fragrant.

Step 7: add dried tofu and stir fry for one minute.
