Production steps:
Step 1: cook the quail eggs, remove the shell, cut the carrots and broccoli into small pieces, and prepare the shrimp. (cook quail eggs first, and then prepare other ingredients, so it won't take time.)
Step 2: bring water to a boil, add a few drops of cooking oil, add carrot and cook for about 1 minute.
