Production steps:
Step 1: take out the rice wine made by yourself and mix it with the required amount of water
Step 2: add about 200 grams of flour and stir into a thick paste
Step 3: ferment to honeycomb shape and increase by about one time. It takes about 6 hours to ferment at room temperature of about 20 degrees. If it is lower than 20 degrees, it takes one day. If it is 25-30 degrees, it usually takes about 4 hours.
Step 4: pour the remaining flour into the fermented batter and neutralize to form a hard dough
Step 5: continue to ferment at room temperature. Because of the fermented batter, the dough will be ready in about 3 hours when it is about 20 degrees. Ferment to about 2 times the size.
Step 6: add salt and cinnamon to the black sesame paste
Step 7: mix well
Step 8: knead the fermented dough until smooth, roll it into 3-4mm thick slices, and spread sesame paste evenly
Step 9: roll up and cut into sections, cover the drawer cloth and continue to hair for about 20 minutes.
Step 10: steam for 30 minutes
Step 11: steamed rolls are delicious.

Note: if the rice wine is self-made, it can make noodles. Some of the rice wine sold in the market are inactivated, only taste, not fermentation!
