Cherry tofu

Introduction:

"The prepared tofu tastes sweet and sour, with bright red color and cherry like shape, so it's called cherry tofu."

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Step 2: cut the tofu into 2cm cubes, sprinkle 1g salt and mix with a little corn starch.

Note: when frying tofu, the oil should be hot. Don't turn the tofu when it is just in the pot, otherwise it will stick.
