Introduction:

"Once in a family dinner, I got to know a dish. It was very spicy, which made me cry. But its delicious taste still attracted my taste buds and made me want to eat. I don't know its name all the time. I just remember that there are hot peppers, beef, Flammulina velutipes and my favorite coriander in it. Production steps:

Step 1: prepare beef, millet pepper, garlic, ginger and coriander.

Step 2: wash the beef, put it into the pot, add the right amount of cooking wine and cook for 25 minutes.

Step 3: after waiting, cut millet pepper, garlic and ginger.

Step 4: wash the Flammulina velutipes and coriander.

Step 5: slice the cooked beef for use.

Step 6: heat the oil in the pan, add the chopped millet pepper, garlic and ginger, stir fry for one minute, add half a spoonful of salt and continue to stir fry.

Step 7: pour in the beef and stir fry for two minutes. Add a spoonful of salt and continue to stir fry.

Step 8: pour in the soy sauce to color it, add in the dried pepper and stir fry for one minute.

Step 9: pour in water to soak the beef and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 10: add Flammulina velutipes, chicken essence, sesame oil, and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 11: Sprinkle cumin powder, mix well, you can start the pot.
