Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare thousand pages of tofu and rinse with water.

Step 2: cut about 5mm thick block after draining.

Step 3: marinate with ginger and water for 20 minutes.

Chili noodles: a little

Note: Pepper noodles and Chinese prickly ash noodles should be put according to their own taste. When frying tofu, sprinkle some ginger and garlic water to enhance the flavor and keep the moisture of tofu. It tastes fragrant and delicious.
