Step 6: cut meat foam, onion foam, garlic foam. Put the right amount of oil in the pot, saute the onion and garlic, stir fry the meat foam, wait for the color of the meat foam, stir fry with the right amount of soy sauce, and then put it together with the eggs.
Step 7: after the leek dries, chop the foam, put it into the egg and meat foam, and add a small handful of washed shrimp skin.
Step 8: put in a spoonful of oyster sauce, stir the leek, egg, meat and shrimps evenly.
Step 9: take out the dough, knead it into strips and divide it into 6 parts.
Step 10: roll the dough. Don't roll too thin, about 2mm thick.
Step 11: spread the stuffing thinly on half of the dough.
Step 12: put the dough on.
Step 13: pinch the edge a few times. The raw leek box is ready.
Step 14: don't stick oil in the pot, fry leek box in low heat.
Step 15: fry until both sides are slightly yellow, cover the pot and simmer for 30 seconds - 1 minute, then the delicious leek box will come out of the pot.
Step 16: these noodles and fillings are made into six leek boxes for three stutters of a family. You should be careful when eating. A small amount of soup may be produced. Don't drop it on your body or boil it to children.
